Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit of €200 is required to secure the booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the wedding date.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards or cash.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the wedding date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the wedding date will require full payment.

 

3. Changes to Reservation:

• Any changes to the reservation (date, time, location) must be communicated in writing by email and are subject to availability.

 

4. Delays and Force Majeure:

• We will not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, accidents, weather).

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing the service (e.g., vehicle breakdown), the company will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative vehicle or a refund.

At Elegant Drive Chauffeurs our aim is to provide all our clients with a professional and safe service at all times. All our drivers are fully licensed, insured and trained. Safety for our chauffeurs and clients is our number one priority.
